By submitting a form, you are agreeing with the Terms of Service below.

Breaking these rules may lead to blacklisting, and you will not be able to commission me in the future. You will also be put on a public blacklist for other artist to use.

As the artist, I have the right to use and post any commission as I like.

​

You are not allowed to resell my art or claim it as your own.

​

You are not allowed to edit my artwork in any way!

This includes cropping and the use of filters.

You can post and share your commissioned artwork anywhere you like, as long as it's for personal use.

When filling in the form, do not be vague or leave me with options. It's your commission, you choose. Provide sufficient descriptions and references, and make sure that your writing is clear and easy to understand. You are yourself held responsible for any missing information, unclear descriptions or references.

Forms submitted when the slots are full will be deleted without warning.

I take payment in advance, and will not start working on your commission until it is paid in full. After submitting the form, you have one week to pay before the form is deleted without warning. This can be extended if discussed. If you do not pay within a week and give me no notice of wanting to extend or cancel the commission, you will be given a strike. If you get two strikes, you will be blacklisted.

I do not provide refunds. A chargeback will get you blacklisted.

I usually take anything from a few days to two weeks to finish a commission. Do not rush me, I won't forget about you. If six weeks pass after payment has been received and I still have not finished your commission, I will provide you with a full refund, and still finish your picture if I am able to. Any time spent waiting for responses to WIPs and holidays do not count toward the six weeks.

WIPs will be provided either in IMVU private messages or in a WIP channel in my discord server, depending on the option you pick when submitting the form. You need to respond to every work in progress screenshot, as I will not continue working on your commission until you approve it or ask for desired changes. Do not share WIPs anywhere, other than forward it to someone whose opinion you need.

If you want WIPs on IMVU, make sure that you accept messages from everyone.

​If you want WIPs on discord, you need to join my discord server.

If you've chosen to get WIPs through discord and have yet to verify yourself in the server within 24 hours of submitting the form, it will be deleted without warning.

It's important that you are satisfied with the end result, but it is your responsibility to describe how you want the picture. If there is something you forgot to mention and I have already started or finished the commission, you can ask me to change, add or remove things, but I have every right to decline if it will take too much of my time. If it's something I forgot or messed up on, I will take full responsibility.

You need to credit me as the artist when using sponsored artwork.

If credit is not given, I can and will revoke your rights to use the artwork for your personal use.
