Terms of Service

When submitting a form, you are signing that you have read and agree to the terms of service below, and understand that you will be held responsible if violating them.

I General

I hold the rights to all the artwork I've created.

You are not allowed to use my art commercially or for promotion without purchasing commercial rights.

You are not allowed to edit my artwork, resell it or claim it as your own.

Editing includes cropping and the use of filters. If you'd like to crop the picture, message me and ask and I will do it for you, so you can present the artwork as nicely as possible.

I, as the artist, have the right to use any commission and post it however I like. If you for any reason want me to delay posting it until a certain time, I will usually be respectful of this.

I will usually take anything from a few weeks to a few months to finish a commission. Do not rush me, I will not forget about you. If 90 days pass after payment has been received and I still have not finished the picture, I will provide you with a full refund, and still finish your picture if I am able to. Any time spent waiting for responses to WIPs and holidays do not count towards the 90 days.

Work in progress(WIP) will be provided in either email or in a WIP channel in my discord server that you will need to join, depending on the option you picked when submitting the form. If you choose to get WIPs through discord and have yet to join the server within 24 hours of submitting the form, it will be deleted without warning. You need to respond to every work in progress screenshot, as I will not continue working on your commission until you approve it or ask for desired changes. Do not share WIPs anywhere, other than to forward it to someone if you require their opinion.
Remember that the purpose of the WIPs is to make sure that you are satisfied with the end result. WIPs are your only chance to make any wanted adjustments. After the last WIP is approved, I have the right to decline any requested changes without additional payment, but will usually do small ones only once for free.

If you want more than two characters in your commission, please contact me on discord or via email

II Filling in the form

Be prepared to fill in the form and take your time with it. Make a clear plan of what you want beforehand. You are responsible for providing sufficient, clear references and writing in a manner that is clear and easy to understand.

Do not submit a form that is a wall of text or too vague. Forms that are too vague will be deleted - it's not my job to figure out what you want.

I will not to be held responsible for any unclear references or missing information and can decline to make any big changes without additional payment.

Do not leave any choices up to me. If it's because you're not sure whether or not I can do something, contact me and ask rather than putting any ''this or that'' in the form.

You can change things in your form, as long as I have not yet started on the picture.

I can decline a commission at any time I want, and though I will likely have a reason, I am in no way required to give you an explanation.

III Payment

I only accept paypal for payment.

The commission must be paid in full before I will start working on it.

When you are given the payment info, you have one week to pay before the form is deleted without warning. This can be extended if discussed.

All sales are final. I will not provide a refund unless I cancel the commission.

The price for your commissions will be decided after receiving a form. Changes can be made to alter the price after submission, though you will need to submit a new form with said changes unless they are very small.

IV Commercial rights

You need to contact me if you want to purchase commercial rights for your commissioned artwork.

I have no set price for commercial rights, this will be decided between the artist and commissioner before any purchase of said commercial rights are to be made.
